• How long will it take? Usually 2-3 weeks depending on your changes.
  
  
• Do I own my site? Yes.
  
  
• What is the difference between a pre-design and custom design? A pre-designed template is a website design Jaymunda has created to use for multiple businesses; we alter the colors and design elements to fit your business. A custom designed template is a website design that is created just for you and is unique to your business (see the Options page).
  
  
• How many changes can I make to the pre-designed template? If you do not like the first pre-designed version we provide, you can request up to two more versions of a different pre-design template*. After the pre-design template has been selected you can make up to three revisions which may include color, icon placement or stock photo selections.
  
  
• How many text changes can I make? We will insert the text during your project for you based on your business and any marketing materials you provide. If you have any text changes you can make them after the site is launched.
  
  
• What if I want to make changes after the site is launched? With our Silver and Gold packages you may make content changes yourself. Changes to the design or adding pages after the site is launched will be made by Jaymunda for a small fee (see the options page).
  
  
• Can I take my site to another host? We would like to help you with all your hosting needs as best as possible, but will provide you with your password upon request if you still feel you would like to choose a new host.
  
  
• Does the editor work if I have my own host? Yes, as long as Jaymunda has FTP access.
  
  
• What changes can I make? With our Silver and Gold packages you may make changes to the content on any page. If you would like to add a page or change your design, just call us.
  
  
• What if none of the Providers listed on the Provider page are in my state? That's ok, pick the business you think would suit you best. All of our providers are high quality businesses.

*Pre-designed template organization and formats will not be altered. Example: If you choose a pre-design with a top navigation bar, it cannot be moved to a side navigation bar.
